On page 75, Extending the Topic A and in Culture Corner rearrange the tips by
importance into your own list.

the homework then did an activity where students were assigned a dish from
around the world that they didn't know. They were asked to research it and then
explain it to fellow students.

the reading on page 80. Students had questions about Israel and middle east
history and so we discussed that most of class.
