started with a chat for a few minutes about our weeks and exchanged news. We
checked the homework and looked at a few points that were raised. We reviewed
vocab from p.69 and from the book in general through a half crossword before
actually completing p. 69.

I
asked the class to choose a chapter from the text and then to write a conversation
based on one of the role-plays.

We
started with a catch up chat before having a quick discussion about some of the
points raised in the reading from last week. We then practiced giving strong
opinions using some topical stories from the last week.

The
class began with a “how was your week?” catch up chat. We played some
taboo before checking the homework from last week. We moved on to the next
topic, women in college but didn’t have the time to get into the text in any
detail.

As
with the other classes, we began with a catch up. We spent some time checking
the homework and then did the same opinion-giving activity as class 300. All
went well.
